Stellar Group provides a full spectrum of powerful, effective, and creative services. As a result, we assess each project on an individual basis to determine the cost of its production and design. Only after an evaluation of your design and production needs, can Stellar Group quote a price for the desired project. You can email or call us in reference to questions regarding the type of service you are looking for and an appointment can be set up for a consultation. Post-quote requests such as additional modifications, other expenses, etc will be applied and handled in addition. We also offer archival service of your work at an additional cost.

Stellar Group must receive a signed contract in order to begin a project. This ensures proper communication, professionalism and that both the client and our organization will have a successful outcome. Stellar Group also offers general pricing and price packages for its services and products, ask us for details.

Rush Jobs
Rush jobs are often requested within impractical turnaround times and require “overtime.” Overtime will apply to any request prior to the completion date indicated on the contract agreement. Keep in mind, Stellar Group is a determined, dedicated, loyal and aggressive company that goes to any lengths necessary to get your job done! As a valued client, we want your job to be successful and completed on time.

Corrections/Revisions
Corrections are always made at no charge, but we do charge for additional revisions. What's the difference?

• Corrections are rectified mistakes made on our behalf
• Additional revisions after the client's design has been approved

Additional Terms:

• A 50% non-refundable payment is due at the time a contract is signed and all balances are due upon completion of work
• Stellar Group retains copyright and ownership of the design of all materials created, unless specified otherwise in writing
